The Residences at Chastain Apartments utilizes Get100, a fraud prevention system in partnership with CLEAR to screen all rental applications. This includes digital identity verification and AI-powered technology to authenticate supporting documents. Submitting a rental application or any documentssuch as pay stubs, bank statements, identification, or other personal recordson behalf of another person without legal authorization constitutes a violation of state and federal law. We actively cooperate with local, state, and federal authorities to report and prosecute all instances of identity fraud.

I love it here. Moved in June, 2020 and my experience so far has been amazing. The staff is super helpful and just all around amazing people. They are kind, friendly and pleasant. They are personable and even know my dogs’ names which makes me feel at home. The complex is small, quiet and clean. Biggest bonus - it is 10 short steps from the Blue Heron trail and less than a 2 miles from Chastain park. Love it and my dogs love it here too, which is what is most important to me.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about The Residence at Chastain! We moved here from out of state and it's been the best experience from the beginning. Helen and Megan are always accommodating and always remember who you are and even your dog :) The place is always clean, quiet, and full of friendly people with even friendlier dogs.
