Maintenance

We complete full turnovers of each apartment home after a resident moves out. This includes but is not limited to: professional cleaning, professional painting and professional maintenance repairs and replacements if needed.

Yes! We have a dedicated maintenance team. 

Log into your resident portal and enter a service request or call or email the leasing office at (404) 600-1433/ [email protected].

If it is during business hours, please call our office and be prepared to present photo identification so we may allow you access. If this occurs after business hours, please contact a local locksmith. 

Call office number and listen to maintenance prompt. Leave a message with your information and we will return your call.

Amenities

Yes, we have open parking. We also have limited reserved covered parking with a fee.

We have a pool, 24 hour fitness center, clubroom, starbucks coffee, electric and charcoal grill onsite.

Our floorplans include a washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, electric range, refridgerator with ice maker, and central heating and air.

We do not but we are happy to connect you with a furniture rental company.

Our application process takes around 72 hours to complete.

You may pay your rent in office using a check, a cashiers check or money order. You may also pay your rent online using our convenient resident portal. 

We will need paystubs, rental verifcation information and HR information.

Please call power and renters insurance to set up or apply online. 

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

We are part of the Atlanta School District.
