Maintenance
We complete full turnovers of each apartment home after a resident moves out. This includes but is not limited to: professional cleaning, professional painting and professional maintenance repairs and replacements if needed.
Yes! We have a dedicated maintenance team.

If it is during business hours, please call our office and be prepared to present photo identification so we may allow you access. If this occurs after business hours, please contact a local locksmith.

Amenities
Yes, we have open parking. We also have limited reserved covered parking with a fee.
We have a pool, 24 hour fitness center, clubroom, starbucks coffee, electric and charcoal grill onsite.
Our floorplans include a washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, electric range, refridgerator with ice maker, and central heating and air.
We do not but we are happy to connect you with a furniture rental company.
Our amenities are open all year.
Admin
Our application process takes around 72 hours to complete.
You may pay your rent in office using a check, a cashiers check or money order. You may also pay your rent online using our convenient resident portal.
We currently use AT&T.
We will need paystubs, rental verifcation information and HR information.
Please call power and renters insurance to set up or apply online.
No utilities are included.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

I love it here. Moved in June, 2020 and my experience so far has been amazing. The staff is super helpful and just all around amazing people. They are kind, friendly and pleasant. They are personable and even know my dogs’ names which makes me feel at home. The complex is small, quiet and clean. Biggest bonus - it is 10 short steps from the Blue Heron trail and less than a 2 miles from Chastain park. Love it and my dogs love it here too, which is what is most important to me.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about The Residence at Chastain! We moved here from out of state and it's been the best experience from the beginning. Helen and Megan are always accommodating and always remember who you are and even your dog :) The place is always clean, quiet, and full of friendly people with even friendlier dogs.
