I love it here. Moved in June, 2020 and my experience so far has been amazing. The staff is super helpful and just all around amazing people. They are kind, friendly and pleasant. They are personable and even know my dogs’ names which makes me feel at home. The complex is small, quiet and clean. Biggest bonus - it is 10 short steps from the Blue Heron trail and less than a 2 miles from Chastain park. Love it and my dogs love it here too, which is what is most important to me.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about The Residence at Chastain! We moved here from out of state and it's been the best experience from the beginning. Helen and Megan are always accommodating and always remember who you are and even your dog :) The place is always clean, quiet, and full of friendly people with even friendlier dogs. Great location right next to a huge nature preserve and 4 min away from the best park, Chastain Park. The apartment facilities are all up to date and exactly what
